NGD Marketing Concepts, a division of Next Generation Development, was awarded the Gold Key Award recognizing the outstanding design for the Nantucket Townhome Model and well as the Lennox Condominium model at the Hamptons of Hinsdale in December of 2012. NGD Marketing Concepts was hired to provide initial marketing and sales services for Inland Opportunity Fund (Oakbrook, IL) at the Hamptons of Hinsdale. With the assistance of Eleni Interiors (Naperville, IL) and Mary Cook Design Group (Chicago, IL) the models were designed to capture today’s latest trends and colors, and incorporate strategic plan design to capture this luxury market.

The NGD group provided product redevelopment and design services, completed the first condominium building which contained 23 units of 93 units containing underground parking a clubroom, and sales center, as well as completing 8 of 26 luxury Townhomes. The Hamptons of Hinsdale, located just south of 55th Street along Grant in Hinsdale, was a failed project that languished for several years after a bankruptcy by the former developer, until acquired by the Inland Group of Companies and Grosvenor who hired the Next Generation group of companies to handle construction and marketing for the project in 2010.
