NGD to build My Place Hotel in North Aurora, IL

My Place Hotel, the newest state entry for My Place Hotels of America, will be a three-story 63-room hotel where guests will enjoy immediate access to a variety of dining and retail options nearby. Next Generation Development is providing land development, bid-out, engineering, and construction of this 30,200 square foot facility for the N.A. Lodging 1, LLC group. Completion of the hotel is anticipated to be June of 2018.
